about me

Hello! My name is Kenzie. I am a psychotherapist that focuses on trauma, depression, anxiety, and perinatal mental health. I have experience with crisis management, women's health, advocating for victims of violent crimes/domestic abuse, and homelessness. I am passionate about building relationships with my clients to help provide a safe, secure place to dive into the hardships and the great parts of life.

Modalities that I use are all evidence based: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Parts Work.

When I'm not working, I really enjoy spending time with my family and friends, learning new topics, cooking/baking, and being outside!
