I am a graduate student with extensive experience working with women, helping them navigate life's challenges, overcome hurdles, and nurture relationships. My services are free for the first year as I am still in school. All I ask is for you to commit to the appointments. You never know when you might have a breakthrough moment. I focus on working with young adults to adulthood. My expertise lies in addressing anxiety, self-esteem, perinatal mood issues, and life transitions. I am here to be a part of your support system and guide you through the change process. There may be many uncertainties and obstacles during this stage of your life. Your individual experiences shape you, and I believe that is a beautiful thing. Let's work together to discover your "why" and set goals for positive changes in your life. Take the time to prioritize self-care and learn to set healthy boundaries. Together, we can establish goals to bring about positive changes in your life. Remember, you are not alone; we will work together to help you start feeling better. I have experience in motivational interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Emotionally Focused Therapy, breathwork, and with perinatal mood disorders.
